No matter which style of SPIKES-SPIDER kit you choose, they all utilize basically the same steel hub system and are manufactured from the same superior materials by the Swiss.

About the "Quick" style of SPIKES-SPIDER®:

The "Quick" style of Spikes-Spiders has not been manufactured for nine years and very
few parts are available for repairs. 
The Quick style traction ovals that go around the tire must be purchased for the exact tire size and are not adjustable for other tire sizes.

• Appropriate for use on ice and snow up to 5"-6" in depth, like the Compact. The Sport handles deeper snow.
• Appropriate for use on moderate grades and slopes, like the Compact. The Sport can handle steeper grades and slopes than the Quick and Compact.

The Quick, like the Compact and Sport, has traction arms do not extend to the back portion of the tire, so they do not cause clearance problems on vehicles. They cover one-third to one-half of the outside tread, giving great coverage and traction.

All styles; Quick, Compact, Sport and Alpine Pro traction devices are equally easy to remove after use.
